Azienda Agricola Principato Bernardo, with its registered office in Catanzaro, Via Bucciarelli, 49 – CAP 88100, and operational headquarters in Soveria Simeri (CZ), Via Magna Grecia, 22 as data controller of personal data in accordance with d. lgs. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments – Code regarding the protection of personal data (“Privacy Code”) – and of EU Regulation 679/2016 applicable as of 25 May 2018 – General Regulation on Data Protection (“RGPD”) (from now on) forward Privacy Code and RGPD are collectively referred to as “Applicable Regulations”) invites its customers, before making any communication of personal data, to read this privacy policy carefully (“Privacy Policy”), as it contains important information on the protection of personal data and security measures taken to ensure confidentiality in full compliance with the applicable legislation. The Privacy Policy also: is intended only for the site “www.comparini -….” (“Site”), while it does not apply to other websites that may be consulted via external links; is to be intended as a Disclosure in accordance with art. 13 of the Regulations Applicable to those who interact with the Site; conforms to Recommendation n. 2/2001 concerning the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Article 29 Working Group.

3. Finality, legal basis and obligatory or optional nature of treatment
